After months of cryptic tweets, Jef has finally revealed that things did not work out between them because they wanted “different things,” and he reveals how he really<\/em> feels about his ex.<\/p>\n

Why Jef Holm & Emily Maynard Broke Up<\/h3>\n

Jef, 28, and Emily, 27, split up six months after starring on The Bachelorette<\/em>, and things got pretty nasty shortly after their break up. However, Jef couldn’t have nicer things to say about Emily now!<\/p>\n

“She\u2019s a great girl,\u201d Jef said to Wetpaint. \u201cIt didn\u2019t work out with us, but she\u2019s a great girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

And why didn’t it work out?<\/p>\n

\u201cUltimately, we wanted different things,\u201d Jef revealed.\u00a0\u201cI ultimately wish the best for her. And it\u2019s a true testament to maturity, I think, that we can stay friends afterwards and wish the best for each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

It totally is! Jef and Emily have done enough petty bickering, so it is great that they are now mature and moved on from the past. Good for you Jef!<\/p>\n

Jef Holm Is Now Looking For A ‘Normal Girl’<\/h3>\n

“I’m looking for a normal girl, absolutely,” said Jef. “I love normal girls, too. I love girls that I connect with, and I want to find a girl that’s my best friend, and that I have the best time with, and we can do anything together. And together, we just become best friends. That’s the key for me.”<\/p>\n
