Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s love of cats is no folklore. The 33-year-old singer’s cat lover status is evident to anyone who follows her on social media. The Grammy winner is a cat mom to three furry companions: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button, all named after fictional characters in TV and film.<\/p>\n

The singer’s love of cats even extended into her role in the 2019 film Cats<\/em>, based on Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s stage musical of the same name. While at the film’s New York premiere, Taylor called her cats “little lazy bears”<\/a> while speaking to Entertainment Weekly<\/em>, saying, “My cats are beautifully round and fuzzy and they look like little lazy bears. They\u2019re always taking naps.”<\/p>\n
