As all eyes are on the U.S. Women’s National Team<\/a> vying for their third consecutive World Cup championship in Australia and one player is already making headlines. Trinity Rodman<\/strong><\/a>, daughter of famous NBA forward Dennis Rodman<\/strong><\/a>, made her World Cup debut during the U.S.’s match against against first-timer Vietnam<\/a> and led the team to a commanding 3-0 victory!<\/p>\n While she certainly shares some amazing athletic genes with her famous father, Trinity’s relationship with him hasn’t always been their strong point. \u201cI\u00a0go months if not years without his presence\u00a0or communication,\u201d Trinity\u00a0said on Instagram <\/a>in November 2021. “We don\u2019t have the best relationship, but at the end of the day he\u2019s human I\u2019m human\u2026 he\u2019s my dad, and I\u2019m his little girl that will never change.”<\/p>\n A year later, Trinity revealed she is ok with their status. \u201cI\u2019ve gotten closure with it all,\u201d she told the Los Angeles Times<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI know he\u2019s proud of me. I truly do.
