The season will run for ten episodes that drop every Thursday, with the finale set to air on December 7. If the show is successful, Paramount could renew it for a second season.<\/p>\n<h2>Where Will The\u00a0<em>Frasier\u00a0<\/em>Reboot Air?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-5\"><a  href=\"https:\/\/hollywoodlife.com\/2023\/02\/12\/sylvester-stallone-paramount-plus-super-bowl-commercial-2023\/\"  target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"noopener\"  >Paramount+<\/a> will be home to the <em>Frasier\u00a0<\/em>reboot. Fans can watch the new episodes of the revival, as well as the entire original show, on the CBS streaming service. The new cast members include\u00a0<strong>Jack Cutmore-Scott<\/strong> as Frasier&#8217;s son Freddy, <strong>Nicholas Lyndhurst\u00a0<\/strong>as Frasier&#8217;s college friend-turned-college professor Alan Cornwall, <strong>Toks Olagundoye<\/strong> as Frasier&#8217;s work colleague Olivia, <strong>Jess Salgueiro\u00a0<\/strong>as Freddy&#8217;s roommate Eve, and <strong>Anders Keith<\/strong> as Frasier&#8217;s nephew David Crane.<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-7\">Several original cast members are making guest appearances in the reboot. That includes <strong>Bebe Neuwirth\u00a0<\/strong>as Frasier&#8217;s ex-wife Dr. Lilith Sternin and <strong>Peri Gilpin\u00a0<\/strong>as Frasier&#8217;s former radio producer Roz Doyle. But I\u2019m not a writer. And I think if they came up with some way of telling the stories that intrigued me, then I might think, &#8216;Oh, I could go back and do that.&#8217; But in terms of my own drive and interest, no. I love those characters, but I don\u2019t miss them.&#8221; He also said about the reboot, &#8220;I believe it can be done without me, too \u2014 finding new stories to tell, in the same way that <em>Frasier<\/em> did after <em>Cheers<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-10\">Another original cast member missing from the reboot is <strong>John Mahoney<\/strong>, who died in 2018 at the age of 77. John played Fraiser&#8217;s father, retired police detective Martin Crane.<\/p>\n<h2>What Is The Premise Of The <em>Frasier\u00a0<\/em>Reboot?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-11\">Paramount said in a press release that the 2023 <em>Frasier\u00a0<\/em>series \u201cfollows Frasier Crane in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfill.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-12\">Kelsey teased his character&#8217;s journey in the reboot to <em>PEOPLE\u00a0<\/em>last year. &#8220;He&#8217;s our brave little soldier that continues on in life, finding new challenges and a new love and new people and a new city and stuff like that,&#8221; Kelsey said. &#8220;I&#8217;m really very excited about it, and we&#8217;ll certainly always honor the past. We have to honor the fact that John Mahoney died and that Martin is no longer with us. It&#8217;s a new life. Frasier&#8217;s going back to Boston to put himself back in a place where he didn&#8217;t feel like he quite made it.
