Chris Stapleton<\/b><\/a> may be one of country music\u2019s most celebrated stars, but at home, he\u2019s simply a devoted dad. The \u201cTennessee Whiskey\u201d singer shares five children with his wife, Morgane Stapleton<\/b><\/a>, and the couple has remained intentional about keeping their family life private despite Chris\u2019s massive success. While four of their children\u2019s names are publicly known, the pair has chosen to keep their youngest son out of the spotlight entirely.<\/p>\n

Waylon\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Chris and Morgane welcomed their first child, Waylon<\/strong>, in 2009. Although the couple keeps their family life extremely private, Morgane has shared a few rare photos of him on Instagram over the years, and he has made occasional public appearances with his parents.<\/p>\n

In 2019, Waylon joined Chris and Morgane on the red carpet for the premiere of Toy Story 4<\/em>, for which Chris recorded \u201cThe Ballad of the Lonesome Cowboy.\u201d A few years later, in 2022, he was seen cheering on his dad at the ACM Awards, where Chris took home Male Artist of the Year.<\/p>\n

Ada<\/h2>\n

Ada<\/strong>, born in 2010, is Chris and Morgane\u2019s second child and their only daughter. Like her older brother, she\u2019s largely kept out of the public eye but has joined her parents for a few red-carpet appearances over the years.<\/p>\n

Morgane has also shared the occasional photo of Ada on Instagram, offering rare glimpses into their family life.<\/p>\n

Macon<\/h2>\n

Macon<\/strong> is one half of Chris and Morgane\u2019s twin boys, born in 2018. Their early arrival became public during the 2018 ACM Awards, when Reba McEntire<\/strong> announced their birth while explaining Chris\u2019 absence from the ceremony.<\/p>\n

\u201cThose little rascals came a little bit early,\u201d Reba joked onstage. \u201cHot off the press! \u2026 Twin boys.\u201d<\/p>\n

Samuel<\/h2>\n

Samuel<\/strong> was born in 2018 alongside his twin, Macon. Both were born one month early, Morgane noted while announcing their birth to her Instagram followers at the time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for all the love! We\u2019re so grateful to finally be home with our sweet family,\u201d she began in her caption<\/a>. \u201cWe would like to say a special \u2018thank you\u2019 to all the incredible nurses [and] doctors at Centennial Women\u2019s [and] Children\u2019s Hospital in Nashville. At more than a month early, we had a week long stay in the NICU [and] the incredible people there kept our boys healthy [and] happy. Words cannot express our gratitude for you all [and] what you did for our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chris & Morgane\u2019s Youngest Son\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Chris and Morgane welcomed their youngest son in 2019, but they have never publicly revealed his name. Morgane quietly announced his birth on Mother\u2019s Day that year, and the couple has continued to shield him \u2014 and all their children \u2014 from the spotlight.<\/p>\n

Chris explained the reason why he and Morgane have kept their kids out of the public eye while talking to reporters backstage at the 2018 CMA Fest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“I signed up for this. My children did not,\u201d the CMA award<\/a> winner pointed out. \u201cI am a very private person, and in that respect, I keep my children out of it. They’re children, and they deserve the chance to be children. \u2026 My wife comes out [in public], and she’s an adult, so she can choose to do that.
