The hype really kicked off when <a  href=\"https:\/\/hollywoodlife.com\/celeb\/robert-downey-jr\/\"  ><strong>Robert Downey Jr<\/strong><\/a>. unmasked himself to be playing Doctor Doom at the 2024 San Diego Comic Con, but the <em>Iron Man<\/em> actor isn&#8217;t the only major star in the cast. Several MCU veterans and newcomers will accompany Robert on screen.<\/p>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-4\">Below, <strong>Hollywood Life<\/strong> has the main cast list and their respective roles for <em>Avengers: Doomsday<\/em>!<\/p>\n<h2>Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes)<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-5\">Sebastian is reprising his role as the Winter Solider in Doomsday. Before fans see him play The Thing in <em>Doomsday<\/em>, he was introduced in <em>The Fantastic Four: First Steps.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Robert Downey Jr. (Doctor Doom)<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-14\">Though Tony Stark won&#8217;t be resurrected, Robert will step into the villainous role of Doctor Doom.<\/p>\n<h2>Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova)<\/h2>\n<p id=\"content-paragraph-15\">Florence&#8217;s Yelena has made quite an impression in the MCU!
