Malcolm-Jamal Warner<\/strong> <\/a>is being remembered for his talent, hard work and friendship by former co-stars and colleagues. As Hollywood mourns the late actor, who died after an accidental drowning<\/a> in Costa Rica on July 20, 2025, several faces from The Cosby Show<\/em> <\/a>shared tributes about Malcolm-Jamal. Bill Cosby<\/h2>\n

In a statement to ABC News, Bill Cosby<\/strong><\/a> called Malcolm-Jamal a “great studier,” and he “enjoyed working with him very much” on The Cosby Show.<\/p>\n

“He always knew his part,” Bill told the outlet. “He always knew his lines, and he always knew where to go.”<\/p>\n

Vanessa Estelle Williams<\/h2>\n

The Cosby Show<\/em> alum Vanessa Estelle Williams<\/strong> wrote via Instagram, “My scene partner, my friend, the son, the husband, the father\u2026the legacy, that is @malcolmjamalwar I\u2019m gutted like so very many! Rest in Strength Good Brother!”<\/p>\n
