Ingredients
- Two tablespoons sesame seeds
- One teaspoon vegetable oil
- Two large eggs
- Chilli oil (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Place a frying pan over a low-medium heat. Add the sesame seeds and toast for approximately 30 seconds, then pour the vegetable oil over them. Crack the eggs over the sesame seeds and place a lid on the pan, leaving a small gap for steam to escape.
Let the eggs cook for roughly four to five minutes, or until they reach your desired consistency.
Once ready, use a spatula to carefully lift the eggs from the frying pan. Transfer them onto a plate and serve topped with extra sesame seeds or chilli oil, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
