How to apply for First Dates 2019 - Dating show still looking for singletons
Hopefuls can apply to be on the Channel Four dating show and hopefully meet the love of their life in the First Dates restaurant
First Dates has been helping couples find love for six years - and it's not too late to apply to be on the show.
Bosses are looking for members of the public to take part in the Channel 4 dating show, which has been warming viewers' hearts since 2013.
Strangers meet for the first time in the Paternoster Chophouse in St Paul's after being taken to their table by handsome French Maître d’ and matchmaker Fred Sirieix.
Successful applicants will be watched by 42 cameras as they eat their meal and try to flirt with the person opposite them.
But how do you get on the show?

Production company Twenty Twenty are looking for members of the public to appear on the dating show.
Those looking for love can apply by completing and submitting an application form on their website.
They say: "Our award winning Channel 4 dating series, First Dates and First Dates Hotel, are looking for singletons searching for love. "First Dates and First Dates Hotel are documentary series which help contributors find a partner from a pool of other singletons and captures the highs and lows of first dates on camera.
"Each episode will feature a number of intimate first dates. In-depth interviews will help the viewers get to know the daters.
"Discreet cameras will record the date from start to finish - from first impressions, through all the awkward, heart-warming and funny moments, to the end of the date and the discussion about whether or not a second date is on the cards."
What is the criteria?

As long as you are over the age of 18 and you are who you say you are then you are able to apply for the dating show.
Obviously you must also be single and looking for love.
You must also consent to being filmed on the show while enjoying your date.
There are also a few sensitive questions which needed to be answered.
What details do they need?

Singletons will need to give all the expected information such as name, age, address and occupation.
They will also have to reveal their marital status, whether they have children, if they smoke, ethnicity, sexual orientation, height, and body type.
Producers also want them to explain a bit about themselves and describe their ideal partner.
There's also the chance to upload a photo and video of yourself and links to social media accounts.

The stars of the show, who have never met before, see each other for the first time in a central London restaurant.
They arrive at the Paternoster Chophouse in St Paul's and are taken to their seats by charming Fred.
At the end of the date, and once the bill has been paid, the couple are then asked whether they would like to see each other again.
To make it just a bit awkward, they have to answer the question while sat next to each other.
They must then decide whether they leave together and head off for more bonding time or never see each other again.
