X Factor technical blunder: Show will be REPEATED tonight under emergency plan
EXCLUSIVE: X Factor bosses have had to pull together an emergency plan after major technical issues ruined last night's performances
The X Factor has revealed Saturday's entire show will be repeated again tonight after a huge blunder.
And the public vote will be reinstated this evening after it was cancelled last night over technical issues.
In a statement to Mirror Online, a spokeswoman for the ITV show addressed what happened when Danny Tetley and Anthony Russell's performances were ruined by poor sound quality.
"Each of last night's performances from our 12 contestants will be played out in full on tonight's X Factor before the public vote opens," said a rep for the show.
"This follows the sound issues on part of last night's show."

It means that tonight's X Factor episode will actually be five minutes longer than it should, pushing the documentary Sheridan Smith: Coming Home into the next time slot.
And loyal viewers will have to sit through performances they've already seen on a second prime-time spot in a row.
Last night's blunder saw hundreds of viewers complain about the sound while watching two of the contestants' performances.
Fans thought there was a 'fix' when they heard Danny's performance of a Queen classic, believing it to be a "conspiracy" against the singer.

They joked that he sounded like a 'Dalek', and complained that the show shouldn't go on with the votes as his performance had been so badly affected.
Despite the fact the show wasn't even filmed live, there was no time to fix the sound issue.
It meant that host Dermot O'Leary couldn't warn viewers at home when the voting lines opened.
However, the channel did apologise with a comment that flashed up on screen.

It said: "We are sorry for the temporary interference to sound."
An ITV spokesperson said last night: "We apologise for the technical issue that affected the sound on part of tonight’s episode of The X Factor. We are investigating why this happened. "We can confirm tonight's public vote has been cancelled and will instead open in tomorrow night's show at 8.30pm on ITV."
