Anna Kendrick’s Feathered Pink Nail Art Was Created With This $12 Nail Polish

On Anna Kendrick's fingertips is a multidimensional, shimmery pink work of art. To create the look, nail artist Michelle Saunders used $12 nail polish Essie Gel Couture ($12) in Lace Is More (a vanilla shade with gold shimmer) and First View (a robin's egg blue), plus Essie Nail Polish ($10) in Pink Diamond (a tropical pink) and No Place Like Chrome (a shining silver).

Even better, it's so easy to re-create: layer on two coats of of the quick-drying Lace Is More. Then, using a small fan brush lightly sweep each shade — one at a time — from one corner to the center of your nail and remember to let each detail dry down before another one. Then, seal it all in using a top coat (like Essie Platinum Top Coat ($12), which creates a crystal-like shine).
