Stranger Things star David Harbour might play the chief of police in the series, but he's officially king of Twitter in real life. After one fan asked a favor in exchange for a certain number of retweets, David has apparently made it his mission to accomplish everything from household chores to major bucket list items via Twitter exchanges. The results are hilarious; people tweet at David to ask his "price" for specific actions, leading to a bizarre retweet economy on the actor's social media page.

And now the actor's hilarious system is working the other way, too — David has a lofty Twitter goal to achieve in order to visit (and do his iconic "Hopper Dance" with) emperor penguins in Antarctica. Considering how quickly David's fans have helped others achieve their Twitter-related goals so far, we're sure he'll see success in no time.

So when he wanted something fun — to hang out with penguins — David asked for a Twitter goal to strive for.

With a goal of 200K, it seems that he's well on his way to party with penguins!
