INGREDIENTS
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 package silken tofu
- 4 dates
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of fine sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything in a food processor until smooth, several minutes.
Divide between four dishes, top with a dollop of dairy-free yogurt, coconut whipped cream, chocolate chips, granola, or chopped pecans, and enjoy!
