Pink Lips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces pear-flavored vodka, like Grey Goose La Poire
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • Ice
  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  • 1 ounce Champagne

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, lime juice, simple syrup, vodka, and pomegranate juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice, then shake again.

  2. Strain into a coupe glass, and top with Champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
