How do you make a color run even more fun? Turn it into a flash mob surprise proposal. Liz knew her girlfriend, Shannon, was going to participate in a Run or Dye 5K and thought it was the perfect opportunity for an all-out, meticulously planned, ridiculously cute proposal. (And she was undoubtedly right.) The time, effort, and planning that Liz put into working with Run or Dye and executing the flash mob performance truly made this proposal story a special one.
