We know it's not easy constantly deciding what apps should stay on your iPhone. Between your favorite social media apps and the photos you take, there's not a lot of storage left. But if you love taking photos and posting them to social media, you're going to want to make room for the seven photo editing apps ahead. Some will give your photos a pop of color and others will actually save all your photos — for free! Check them out ahead and consider your photo game changed.

01
A Color Story

A Color Story

Love bright colors and anything that'll make your photo pop? Try A Color Story (free), a photo editing app that includes filters and effects. While you do have to pay for several of the filter and effect packs, they're worth it once you see the difference in your photos.

Available for iOS and Android

02
Instagram

Instagram

We totally get it if you deleted Instagram (free) to take a break from social media. But with the app's new story feature, effects, stickers, and even live video, you might want to give it a chance again. If you don't like any of those perks, you can always just use it to edit your photo and add a filter.

Available for iOS and Android

03
Afterlight

Afterlight

If you really want to get experimental with your photos, look no further than Afterlight ($1). The app comes with 74 filters, 78 textures, 128 frames, and 15 "adjustment tools." You do need to purchase the filters, frames, and other features, but if you're serious about your photo skills, you'll want to invest in it.

Available for iOS and Android

04
Google Photos

Google Photos

Tired of uploading your photos to your computer to keep them forever? Download Google Photos (free) and store an unlimited amount of photos and videos — all for free. Hate running out of space on your phone and deleting photos one by one? Back them up to Google Photos and the app will remove anything that's already stored. In addition to these two amazing features, you can edit photos or see the automatic panoramas, GIFs, and collages the app creates. It's free and everyone should own this app.

Need to blur out an identifying part of a photo? Download Touch Blur (free) and pick how large you want the blur size to be and how intense. The app is perfect to show off a new ID or credit card but without giving away any important details.
