Google just made music-lovers an offer they might not be able to refuse. In its product announcement today, they unveiled the Google Play Music family plan. Here are the details they touted:
- $14.99 per month for up to six family members.
- Listen anytime, on any device.
- Tailored recommendations for each account.
Pretty cheap, right? That's about $2.50 per person. If it sounds familiar, it's on par with Apple Music's family plan ($14.99/month for six members). Spotify, on the other hand, offers only a 50 percent discount on each additional account. So for six people, that would be $9.99 for the original account, plus $4.99 for each additional account — so about $35/month for six accounts.
