Samsung's Newest Device Is Perfect If You Are Always Dropping Your Phone

Are you someone who consistently drops their phone and is buying a new one every few months? You might perk up at Samsung's newest phone: the Galaxy S7 Active. Announced on June 6, the phone is the latest in the company's active line. Below are some specifications of the new phone:

  • Screen size: 5.1 inches.
  • Camera: 12 megapixel rear-facing camera and 5 megapixel front-facing camera.
  • Fingerprint reader: For the first time on the Active line, the Galaxy S7 Active will have a fingerprint sensor.
  • Battery life: The phone has 32 hours of battery life and can fully charge in under two hours.
  • Water resistance: Like the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, it can be submerged in five feet of water for up to 30 minutes.
  • Colors: Camo Green, Sandy Gold, and Titanium Gray.
  • Price: $27 a month for 30 months on AT&T's Next plan or $33 a month for 24 months on AT&T's Next Every Year plan.

The Galaxy S7 Active definitely looks promising and ideal for anyone who wants a phone that will last for a long time — especially considering it's basically waterproof.
